Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
By enrolling in a Sculpted Academy course, program, mentorship, or preceptorship, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Blended Learning Format
Sculpted Academy programs may include online coursework, live virtual learning, in-person theory, hands-on clinical training, and post-graduate support. Students are responsible for completing all required online modules, forms, and prerequisites before their in-person training date.
Access to online course content is granted to the enrolled student only. Course materials, videos, manuals, templates, and resources may not be copied, shared, reproduced, recorded, resold, or distributed without written permission from Sculpted Academy.
Eligibility & Professional Requirements
Our injectable-aesthetics programs are intended for qualified, regulated healthcare professionals who are legally permitted to practise within their province or territory. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all professional, licensing, insurance, regulatory, and scope-of-practice requirements before enrolling and before offering any treatment independently. Completion of a Sculpted Academy course does not guarantee employment, independent practice eligibility, insurance coverage, or income. Sculpted Academy reserves the right to request proof of professional designation, registration, liability insurance, identification, and any other required documents before training.
Course Completion & Certification
Certificates are issued only to students who:
- Complete all required online modules and pre-course requirements
- Attend the full scheduled in-person training
- Demonstrate safe, professional participation throughout the course
- Meet any course-specific competency or assessment requirements
Sculpted Academy may withhold a certificate where a student does not meet attendance, conduct, safety, or competency requirements. Course completion does not replace the student’s own professional responsibility to practise safely, ethically, and within their regulated scope.
Payments, Deposits & Payment Plans
All course fees, deposits, and payment-plan instalments are non-refundable once paid.
All remaining course balances must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the student’s selected in-person training date. Students with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to attend in-person training, receive course materials, access applicable course content, or receive certification.
If a student has not paid their balance in full by the required deadline, their in-person training seat may be released and transferred to a future available training date. A $300 late deferral and administrative fee will be added to the student’s account before they can be booked into another cohort. This fee reflects the administrative work and limited training space reserved for the student.
Payment plans are a financing option only. By enrolling in a payment plan, students agree to complete all scheduled payments. Payment-plan obligations continue even if the student chooses not to attend, withdraws, defer their training, or does not complete the course.
Students enrolled in a payment plan must still ensure that their full course balance is paid before their scheduled in-person training date. A payment plan does not extend the payment deadline for in-person training. If the balance remains outstanding by the required deadline, the student’s training will be deferred in accordance with the late deferral policy above.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to request a course-date change, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
Requests received more than 14 days before the in-person training date may be transferred to another available cohort, subject to space and a $300 administrative rescheduling fee.
Requests made 14 days or fewer before the scheduled training date, including missed classes or no-shows, are subject to the same $300 rescheduling fee and may require enrolment in a future available cohort. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Transfers are subject to availability and must be completed within 12 months of the original course date. Course fees, deposits, and payment-plan instalments remain non-refundable.
Changes or Cancellation by Sculpted Academy
Sculpted Academy may reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel a training date due to weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, venue availability, model availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
If Sculpted Academy changes a date and the new date conflicts with a student’s schedule, the student will be offered a transfer to the next available applicable training date. This does not qualify the student for a refund.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course instructors, schedules, locations, models, materials, or curriculum while maintaining the overall educational value of the program.
Attendance, Punctuality & Conduct
Students must arrive on time and remain present for the full training day. Late arrival, early departure, disruptive conduct, intoxication, harassment, unsafe practice, or failure to follow instructor direction may result in removal from the course without refund.
Training days generally run from 10am to 6pm, unless otherwise communicated. Students should bring any required items listed in their confirmation email.
Children and unregistered guests are not permitted in class or clinical training areas.
Hands-On Training & Models
Hands-on training is educational and supervised. Students must follow all clinical, safety, infection-control, consent, documentation, and treatment protocols communicated by Sculpted Academy instructors.
The number and type of hands-on learning opportunities may vary based on model attendance, treatment suitability, time available, student progression, and clinical judgment.
A specific number of models, treatment areas, units, or product volume is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing for the program.
Students are not permitted to bring their own models unless written approval has been provided in advance.
Photography, Video & Marketing Content
Sculpted Academy may take photographs or video during training for educational, operational, or marketing purposes. Students will be advised when this is occurring and may communicate any reasonable privacy concerns to the Academy team in advance.
Students must protect client and model privacy at all times. No photos, videos, screenshots, client information, or confidential training discussions may be shared without appropriate consent and approval.
Post-Graduate Support
Where included with a course, post-graduate support is intended as educational guidance only. It does not establish an ongoing supervisory relationship, replace independent clinical judgment, or substitute for emergency support, medical direction, regulatory guidance, insurance advice, or legal advice.
Post-Graduate Observation Access
Students who successfully complete the course and receive certification may request one complimentary in-person observation day within 12 months of their original training date.
Observation access is intended for educational reinforcement only.
Observing students may watch instruction and clinical demonstrations but may not perform treatments, inject models, provide clinical direction, photograph or record training, or interfere with the scheduled training day.
All observation requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability, classroom capacity, model consent, instructor approval, and the student remaining in good standing with Sculpted Academy.
Sculpted Academy reserves the right to limit, reschedule, decline, or revoke observation access at its sole discretion.
Observation access is non-transferable, non-refundable, and expires 12 months after the student’s original training date.
Intellectual Property
All Sculpted Academy materials, including course content, manuals, slides, videos, templates, branding, frameworks, and resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of Sculpted Academy.
They are provided solely for the enrolled student’s personal educational use and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, taught, sold, uploaded, distributed, or shared in whole or in part without prior written consent from Sculpted Academy.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or disclosure of Sculpted Academy intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund, revocation of course access or certification, and legal action to protect Sculpted Academy’s rights.
Course Access
Online course access is provided for [insert access period—e.g., 12 months from enrolment date] unless otherwise stated in writing.
Sculpted Academy reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or remove course content as the curriculum evolves.
Access is personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by any other individual.
Access may be suspended or revoked for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Deferred Training Dates
Students who defer their in-person training must attend a future available training date within 12 months of their original scheduled training date, unless otherwise approved in writing by Sculpted Academy.
All deferrals are subject to availability, applicable fees, and the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of the new training date.
If training is not completed within the 12-month period, all fees paid will be forfeited and the student must re-enrol at the current course rate to attend.
Student Conduct, Safety & Removal from Training
Sculpted Academy is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment.
Students must follow all instructor direction, clinical protocols, infection-control requirements, safety standards, and policies throughout online and in-person training.
Sculpted Academy reserves the right to immediately remove a student from training, suspend course access, withhold certification, or refuse future enrolment if the student engages in unsafe clinical practice, harassment, discrimination, bullying, disruptive behaviour, intoxication, impairment, breach of confidentiality, or any conduct that may place a model, client, instructor, staff member, or fellow student at risk.
Removal from a course for conduct, safety, or policy violations does not qualify the student for a refund, transfer, credit, or waiver of outstanding payment obligations.
Professional Responsibility & No Guaranteed Outcomes
Completion of a Sculpted Academy course or receipt of a certificate does not guarantee employment, income, client bookings, insurance coverage, regulatory approval, independent-practice eligibility, or specific clinical outcomes.
Students are solely responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to practise within their province or territory; maintaining any required professional registration, liability insurance, medical directives, oversight, and documentation; and practising only within their professional scope, competence, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Illness & Infection-Control Requirements
Students must not attend in-person training if they are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, have been advised to isolate, or may reasonably pose an infection-control risk to others.
Students who are unable to attend for illness must notify Sculpted Academy as soon as possible.
Sculpted Academy may require a student to defer training in order to protect models, staff, instructors, and fellow students.
Applicable deferral and rescheduling policies will apply.
Changes, Interruptions & Events Outside Our Control
Sculpted Academy may reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel a course, training date, instructor, venue, model schedule, curriculum component, or format due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
This may include severe weather, illness, emergency, venue issues, travel disruptions, government restrictions, supply shortages, model cancellations, or other unforeseen events.
Where a course is changed or postponed by Sculpted Academy, students will be offered a transfer to the next available applicable training date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this transfer is the student’s sole remedy and does not qualify the student for a refund.
Privacy, Confidentiality & Media Consent
Sculpted Academy collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By enrolling, students consent to the collection and use of information reasonably required for registration, course delivery, payment processing, communication, certification, and student support.
Students must protect the privacy and confidentiality of all models, clients, fellow students, and Academy staff.
No identifying information, treatment details, photos, videos, screenshots, client records, or confidential discussions may be captured, stored, or shared without the appropriate consent and authorization.
Sculpted Academy may photograph or record portions of training for educational, operational, or marketing purposes.
Students will be given the opportunity to provide or decline media consent during registration.
A student’s choice regarding marketing consent will not affect their ability to participate in the course.
Limitation of Liability
Students participate in Sculpted Academy training at their own professional responsibility.
Sculpted Academy is not responsible for a student’s future clinical decisions, independent practice, earnings, employment, insurance coverage, regulatory standing, or outcomes after course completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpted Academy’s total liability related to a student’s enrolment will not exceed the amount paid by that student for the applicable course.
